Ogletree Deakins Named to Bloomberg Law’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework

ATLANTA – July 18, 2023 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that the firm has been named to Bloomberg Law’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Framework for the third time. The firm is among just 55 U.S.-based law firms included in this year’s report.

The Bloomberg Law DEI Framework is a listing of law firms that meet or exceed an established threshold of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their firm. Ogletree Deakins is recognized for its level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance against six core pillars: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community. Bloomberg Law assessed the firm’s performance across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the framework’s core pillars.
