Employers' Guide to the New York City Earned Sick Time Act: Legal Interpretations, Rules, and Best Practices

Since the New York City Earned Sick Time Act became effective on April 1, 2014, the Commissioner of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) has promulgated and adopted rules clarifying provisions of the Act and establishing requirements to implement the new law. This webinar will educate employers about the recent changes and developments to the law and help them update their sick leave policies in accordance with the DCA-adopted rules and interpretations.
