Drawing on a long career before law school in executive speechwriting and other forms of persuasive business writing (at places like IBM, Verizon, and Merrill Lynch, among others), David Harrison focuses on tech startups, founders, and entrepreneurs, with their often special evidentiary challenges, on Extraordinary Ability (O-1A, O-1B, and EB-1A), National Interest Waiver (NIW), and International Entrepreneur Rule (IER) matters.
