Cameron O. Flynn has secured successful outcomes at trial, mediation, and dispositive motion. He collaborates with employers to provide all aspects of employment litigation services in a wide range of industries. He focuses on the defense of both class action and individual wage and hour claims, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. In addition to litigation, Cameron partners with companies to implement appropriate policies and practices in an effort to reduce the likelihood of future claims.
Cameron grew up in Maryland and attended college and law school in Virginia. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Cameron was a student attorney with the School of Law’s nationally recognized Black Lung Legal Clinic where he worked with coal miners seeking federal black lung benefits. Prior, he attended Bridgewater College (B.S., magna cum laude, Business Administration, 2008).
