Nik Djordjevski concentrates his practice on appellate advocacy and complex employment litigation. He has authored and argued numerous appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit, and has extensive experience litigating dispositive motions in both state and federal trial courts. His practice spans the full range of employment disputes, including class and PAGA representative actions, wage and hour matters, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, retaliation and whistleblower actions, arbitration enforcement, and issues arising under state and federal leave laws.
He is regularly called upon to address unsettled or evolving questions of law. Earlier in his career, Nik represented employees in workplace disputes, an experience that affords him an informed perspective on opposing litigation strategies. He earned his J.D. with honors and a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, and also holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy, a discipline that refined the analytical skills and structured reasoning that inform his approach to appellate advocacy.
