Tiffany represents and advises employers in all areas of employment law in both state and federal courts, before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the Employment Development Department (EDD). She has obtained favorable outcomes in a diverse range of employment cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour, and whistleblower claims at various stages of litigation, including arbitration and trial. The majority of Tiffany’s practice is focused on single-plaintiff litigation, where she works closely with the client through each phase of the litigation to identify the client’s goals and to develop a specific strategy to accomplish those goals. However, Tiffany also represents employers in class action claims in addition to claims brought under the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004.
