Harry Secaras counsels and represents employers throughout the country in employment matters including traditional labor matters (compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, collective bargaining and grievance/ arbitration matters), employment law issues (including issues arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act) and employment-related litigation in federal and state courts and before federal, state and local administrative agencies. Most recently, Harry has represented several employers in class action litigation brought under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
