Bryce Farrington is an associate in the firm’s Orange County, California office. He dedicates the majority of his practice to traditional labor relations matters. Bryce regularly represents employers during union organization campaigns and before the National Labor Relations Board in both representation and unfair labor practice proceedings. He also represents clients in collective-bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations. Bryce further has extensive experience litigating labor matters in federal court, including actions under Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act and Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act.

In addition to his traditional labor practice, Bryce represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wage and hour claims. As a member of the firm’s Leave of Absence/Reasonable Accommodation practice group, Bryce has experience both advising employers on California’s complex disability discrimination and leave of absence laws as well as litigating disability discrimination and leave of absence cases in state and federal court and before the California Civil Rights Department.

Bryce holds a J.D. from UC Irvine School of Law where he was a Senior Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review.
