Daniel Adlong focuses his practice representing employers in traditional labor issues. He regularly represents clients during union organizing campaigns and before the National Labor Relations Board. Additionally, Daniel represents clients in collective-bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and labor agreement administration. Daniel further helps clients continue operations during work stoppages and interruptions.
Daniel brings multiple perspectives to his client work. He previously worked in-house at a major food distributor as a Senior Director of Labor Relations. This experience helps him push for practical results that balance client operational needs and legal obstacles. Daniel also previously worked as an NLRB attorney. He served as lead counsel on multiple unfair labor practice trials and conducted numerous unfair labor practice investigations. As an NLRB attorney, he also handled many representation petitions from filing through election.
Daniel is also a member of the firm’s Traditional Labor Relations Steering Committee. He speaks fluent Spanish and performs all aspects of his practice in both English and Spanish.
