Shayna Dickman has spent nearly all of her career practicing exclusively employment law. Shayna has defended clients in single-plaintiff cases involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination, and she also has extensive experience litigating wage and hour claims, including class actions. Prior to joining Ogletree, Shayna lived and worked in Los Angeles, California, where she represented employers facing claims arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Shayna also represented clients facing administrative agency charges before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).
