Ana Paula Delsol Espada is one of the founding members of Ogletree Deakins in Mexico. She was part of the opening of the office in 2014 and rejoined in 2021, working in 2020 in a Mexican firm, Band One, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial transactions. Previously, she worked at a leading multidisciplinary firm in Mexico City in the labor, social security, and immigration practice group, and also worked at the Family Civil Courts of Tamaulipas, Mexico as an assistant to the secretary of agreements.
Ana Paula’s practice focuses primarily on advising Mexican and foreign companies in their operations in Mexico, including the incorporation strategy, registrations before the Mexican authorities, and general compliance with employer obligations in Mexico, among others, including the preparation and execution of individual employment contracts, analysis of hiring modalities, internal policies, benefits analysis, job description analysis, and termination of employment relationships.
