Tara Mohseni

Tara advises and represents a range of clients, from small businesses to the nation’s largest employers, in a variety of employment law matters, including single-plaintiff lawsuits alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations and class and representative actions. She has experience handling disputes before state and federal courts, arbitral tribunals, and administrative agencies and through trial. Tara also advices and counsels employers on employment-related policies and procedures. She shares her clients’ commitments to maintaining thriving businesses and exemplary work environments for their employees, and she works closely with her clients to develop tailored strategies to accomplish their goals.

Tara is a graduate of UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, she participated in the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution team, served as Symposium Editor for the Women’s Law Journal, and participated in the Worker’s Rights Clinic.
