Jack Milligan is an associate in the firm’s Austin office. He practices all areas of employment litigation in both state and federal court, and in arbitration, representing employers in connection with restrictive covenants and trade secrets disputes; wage and hour actions; and single and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims arising under Title VII, the Texas Labor Code, and various other statutes. Jack also routinely assists employers in responding to Charges of Discrimination filed with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Texas Workforce Commission.

While in law school, Jack served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Renee Harris Toliver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Jack was also a Casenote & Comment Editor for the SMU Law Review Association.
