Ryan A. Mosser is an associate attorney in the Columbia office of Ogletree Deakins. He focuses his practice on business immigration and represents clients in a wide range of immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. As a naturalized U.S. citizen, Ryan has a deep understanding of the importance of strategically tailored immigration solutions.
Before joining the firm, Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. He then served in the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne Division. During his time in service, Ryan won the U.S. Army’s Best Mortar Competition in 2017 and 2018 and represented the U.S. in several other international skill-based competitions and operations. Ryan returned to the University of South Carolina where he earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, and his International Master of Business Administration from the Moore School of Business. During law school, Ryan served as an Associate Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review, the President of the Veterans in Law Society, and interned with a Federal District Court Judge.
