Leslie Lajewski has represented employers nationwide in litigation, agency and ADR matters for more than twenty years. She is experienced in cases alleging all types of discrimination and harassment claims, violation of family leave, equal pay, pregnancy, whistleblower and wage and hour statutes, employment contracts and violation of other public policy and common law tort claims.
In addition to her litigation practice, Leslie regularly advises and educates human resource and risk management professionals on federal and state labor and employment laws. She frequently assists such professionals in establishing and carrying out policies, procedures and decisions regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, firing, promotions, compensation, leaves and reasonable accommodations. Leslie also assists in developing employee handbooks and policy manuals and routinely provides training to both management and rank-and-file employees on compliance with various federal and state anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws and regulations.
Leslie has presented seminars and published numerous articles on a wide range of employment law issues including workplace violence, sexual harassment, family leave, changes in the last decade in employment law litigation and the application of the Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination in employment litigation.
