Brooke joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate in 2022. Brooke represents clients of all sizes and a variety of industries in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment lawsuits and charges of discrimination. Ms. Jones also represents clients in litigation and arbitration, including non-competition and trade secret disputes, injunctive actions, wage and hour disputes, and suits for violations of various state and federal statutes, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Brooke further provides advice to business leaders and human resource representatives regarding their internal procedures and processes, trainings, hiring and terminations, and various other questions aimed at avoiding unwanted litigation. Brooke attended Texas A&M University for her undergraduate studies, received her J.D. from Baylor Law School, and is admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts, and all State Courts of Texas.

Brooke is active in her church and in her free time enjoys running, tennis, and reading, especially memoirs and historical fiction.
