Prior to his legal career, Maxie was part of the elite Army Rangers, where he developed the resilience and strategic insight that now underpin his approach to employment litigation. This rigorous military background has equipped him with a deep understanding of leadership, teamwork, and the importance of tactical precision—skills that he adeptly applies to serve the diverse needs of clients at Ogletree Deakins.

With a legal education from George Washington Law School and leadership experience as the President of the Veteran Law Student Association, Maxie has demonstrated his ability to excel in both academic and professional communities.
