Vijoy Joseph is an of counsel attorney in the Dallas office of Ogletree Deakins, where he specializes in and advises on a variety of employment-based immigration matters, specifically for multinational corporate clients in the technology industry. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, he also advised clients in the pharmaceutical, dental, hospitality, engineering, and accounting/financial industries on their immigration needs.

While attending law school, he was Treasurer of the Asian American Law Students Association, Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and a Dawson Scholar.
