Alicia Roberts Johnson

Alicia Johnson is counsel in the Richmond office with Ogletree Deakins. She joins the firm with a wealth of litigation and trial experience. As a former Assistant Attorney General and prosecutor, Alicia has extensive jury and trial experience. Alicia also has a wealth of experience handling complex cases at all stages of litigation. Alicia prides herself on her ability to thoroughly assess cases and act swiftly and persuasively to achieve the best result for her clients.

Alicia’s practice focuses on representing and advising employers in workplace law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. Alicia also has a special interests in advising employers on issues involving diversity, equity, and inclusion and she draws upon her vast state bar volunteer experience to help employers develop sound diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.

Alicia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Timothy J. Hauler of the 12th Judicial Circuit, for the Chesterfield Circuit Court. Prior to attending law school, Alicia had a successful career as a policy analyst, specializing in defense and homeland security matters with the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C.
