Ann develops and maintains multi-jurisdictional resources for Ogletree employer-clients, including 50-state and major locality law summaries, policies, and guidance. As KM (Knowledge Management) Content Counsel, her work plays a key role in the firm’s compliance, prevention, and advice and counsel services.
Prior to joining the firm, Ann practiced with a focus on labor and employment law at firms in Raleigh, North Carolina and New York, New York. In her practice, she advised clients on a broad range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, restrictive covenants, handbooks and policies, performance management, leaves of absence, terminations, and employment and separation agreements.
Ann graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a B.A. in journalism and Spanish. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy and the Duke Law & Technology Review.
