Katie’s practice focuses on representing employers on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual assault, and wage and hour violations. Katie handles cases from inception through verdict and has litigation experience representing national restaurant chains, security companies, school districts, and construction and development companies.
Katie is a member of the California State Bar, and licensed to practice before the Northern, Central, and Southern Federal District Courts. Katie earned her J.D. in 2016 from University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review and received a CALI Award for the highest grade in her Legal Writing course. She received her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, San Diego in 2012.
Outside the office, Katie enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her husband and daughter. She is a passionate tennis fan and former captain of the UC San Diego Women’s tennis team.
