Erika R. Collins

Erika grew up in Charleston, South Carolina. She earned her B.A. in English Literature and Hispanic studies from the College of Charleston in 2013. After college, she and her parents started a small business, which she managed for six years before deciding to pursue her legal career.

In 2022, Erika graduated summa cum laude from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she was the Symposium Editor of the Charleston Law Review and a member of the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court. She spent her law school summers clerking for a local insurance defense firm and an immigration practice. Erika joined the firm in August 2022 as a Labor and employment associate.
