David’s practice is focused on advising and defending clients against a broad range of employment law matters, including wage and hour claims, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
David received his B.A. in History/Pre-Law from the University of California, Riverside and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, David was a former felony prosecutor, who oversaw and conducted several jury trials resulting in favorable verdicts, including a high-profile media case. David also has experience assisting businesses with the litigation of Prop 65 violations and contractual disputes.
