Kate is an associate in the St. Louis office where she represents clients in all areas of employment law.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Kate clerked for the Honorable Nannette Baker and Honorable Shirley P. Mensah of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, as well as the Honorable James R. Klindt of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also worked as an associate attorney at both small and mid-size law firms, representing clients in a wide array of civil litigation matters in state and federal court.

Kate received her J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary Law School, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, she was a Notes Editor for William & Mary Business Law Review, served as the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and assisted as a Student Admissions Ambassador. Kate also gained experience during her time as a student attorney for the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefit Clinic and the Elder & Disability Law Clinic.
