Jennifer M. Romaniuk

Jennifer advises employers on labor and employment law matters throughout Indiana and nationally. Her experience includes general advice and counsel to human relations managers, discrimination investigations and mediations, and contract negotiations.

Jennifer served for six years as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana for the Hon. Magistrate Judge Denise K. LaRue and Hon. Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore. Prior to her clerkship, Jennifer worked in the private sector focusing on labor and employment law. She has represented clients in hiring, performance management and termination. She has extensive experience managing litigation in state and federal court, as well as administrative matters involving the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, and proceedings before the EEOC and NLRB.

In law school, she was associate editor of the Indiana Law Review.
