Zach Eichel is of counsel in the Indianapolis office of Ogletree Deakins representing clients in all aspects of employment related litigation. He concentrates his practice in representing and defending wrongful termination claims.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Zach’s practice focused on aiding employers in drafting and enforcing contracts, employee agreements, non-compete agreements, and defending against any claims asserted by current or former employees.
Prior to litigation, Zach strives to counsel his clients in preventative measures to reach favorable outcomes to support the client’s business goals.
Zach graduated with honors from Wabash College in 2005. He earned his JD from IU McKinney School of Law in 2009. Zach continues to gain valuable and practical experience in an expanding number of practice areas.
Zach is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Outside of the office, Zach enjoys relaxing, traveling, and cooking with his daughters Margaret and Bridget and their cavalier King Charles spaniel, Vincent. Zach also enjoys running and cycling and is an avid sports fan, following intently the Indiana Hoosiers, the Indiana Pacers, and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
