Chris A. Lanzas

Chris A. Lanzas is an associate attorney in the Miami office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. His practice focuses primarily on labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, disability accommodation, and violations of leave laws. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Chris was an attorney at a litigation defense firm, where he focused primarily on insurance defense including pre-litigation coverage opinions and insurance coverage litigation.

Chris received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. While in law school, Chris received a Labor and Employment award for overall excellence in the area of labor and employment law. He obtained his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Economics from the University of Florida.
