Goli Rahimi

As a member of the Ogletree Deakins Cross-Border Practice Group, Goli regularly counsels clients on building and managing a global workforce, including critical considerations such as restrictive covenants, cost-cutting measures, streamlining employment practices and local law compliance.  Goli also advises companies on domestic and international employment matters, including advice for domestic and global transactions, reorganizations, post-acquisition integration and managing a contingent worker population.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Goli served as the General Counsel for a video game development company and also practiced global employment law for several years at an international firm.

Before embarking on her legal career, Goli worked in the Development and Fundraising departments of the Chicago Children’s Theatre and the Goodman Theatre before serving as the Director of Development for the State Theatre of Chicago. In addition, she received a number of awards for her theatrical works, including the Dennis McIntyre Prize for Distinction in Undergraduate Playwriting.
