Samantha N. Moss

Samantha Moss is Counsel in the Torrance office of Ogletree Deakins. Samantha is an experienced employment defense lawyer who strives to provide the best representation and counsel to clients. She has an extensive background in providing advice and counsel to businesses and C-Suite level executives. As former in-house Counsel for The Save Mart Companies, she is well-versed in the business needs of corporate clients and an expert in contract drafting and negotiations. Samantha is passionate about helping companies improve compliance and in obtaining favorable contract terms for clients, in order to avoid costly litigation in the future. Samantha also provides sexual harassment training, and prepares onboarding and offboarding-related documents, as well as, employee handbooks and other custom-tailored policies.

Samantha’s litigation practice includes defending businesses in both state and federal courts and before government agencies. She defends companies in sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, and negligent hiring matters.
