Tyler D. Baker

Tyler Baker represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment. She represent clients in state and federal courts in Colorado, and Montana. She also defends clients in during Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD) administration processes. In addition, Tyler also represents employers accused of violating state and federal health and safety regulations. When not actively litigating, Tyler advises employers to prevent litigation by drafting policies compliant with state and federal law and addressing day-to-day employee issues.

Tyler is committed to community engagement and is a High School/Club Girls soccer coach, and volunteers on the weekends at Prestige Therapeutic Equestrian Center. She believes in giving back to the community and helping those around her.
