Brittney is an associate in the San Antonio office of Ogletree Deakins, where her practice focuses on a variety of employment litigation matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and related issues. Brittney represents employers of all sizes in both state and federal court and before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

Brittney received her juris doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 2023. Before law school, in 2018, Brittney graduated summa cum laude from Texas State University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in history while minoring in English and political science. Before and during law school, Brittney was a legal assistant and law clerk, providing her with experience in family law, probate, wills and estates, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and education law.
