If corporations are threatened or sued by their employees or former employees, Cindi is prepared to defend her clients.

Cindi has more than two decades of experience in business and employment litigation defense, jury trials, and arbitration. She has conducted numerous workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour violations. Cindi prepares responses to inquiries from administrative agencies and counsels employers on best practices and creation of policies and handbooks. She has also conducted training and presentations on harassment avoidance, restrictive covenants, and workplace policies and procedures.

Cindi works with clients to develop reliable and analytical litigation plans and settlement strategies that are geared toward achieving cost-efficient yet effective results. Throughout her career, she has provided legal advice to national and international business executives and HR management on risk avoidance in connection with sexual harassment and discrimination, disability discrimination, race discrimination, age discrimination, FMLA strategies, wage and hour issues, ADA accommodations, employee disciplinary actions, and terminations. Cindi has also prepared and negotiated independent contractor agreements, corporate employment contracts, severance and release contracts, employee and executive benefits contracts, noncompete and non-solicitation contracts, confidentiality or non-disparagement contracts, and settlement agreements.
