Evan has extensive experience in overseeing the full spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, with a specialization in advising clients on complex LZ Blanket petitions, registering businesses as E-visa companies at various Consular Posts to facilitate trade and investment in the United States, EB-1 green card petitions, naturalization, and successfully overcoming audits and complex agency requests for additional evidence.
