Tony has dedicated his legal career to helping employers navigate complex compliance issues and achieve favorable resolutions of legal matters through informed decision-making and effective advocacy. He regularly provides strategic counsel to businesses of all sizes on a broad spectrum of human resources matters, including workplace investigations, employee leave issues, reasonable accommodations, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employee dismissals. His primary goal in every matter is to be a true partner to his clients by weighing legal risk with clients’ business objectives. As part of his advice and counseling practice, Tony also assists clients in crafting legally compliant employment policies, employee handbooks, and various employment agreements.

When legal conflicts inevitably arise and clients find themselves in challenging situations, Tony is a zealous advocate both in and out of the courtroom, unafraid to take a case to the mat. His client-focused philosophy emphasizes thorough preparation from the outset, ensuring he leaves no stone unturned in understanding the nuances of each case and developing strong legal leverage. Tony prides himself on delivering impeccable white-glove service, fostering an attorney-client relationship built on trust, respect, clear communication, and a deep commitment to each client’s unique needs. Over the course of his career, Tony has successfully defended hundreds of companies in employment-related matters before various administrative agencies, as well as in state and federal courts and arbitrations.

Tony is an active member of The Cleveland Employment Inn of Court and several bar associations. He graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School, where he attended as an evening student while also working full-time at a law firm.
