Lauren S. Pless

Lauren is an associate in the Raleigh office where she assists clients with a variety of labor and employment matters.  Lauren’s prior experience in Human Resources and recruiting provides valuable perspective that she brings to her practice as she works with clients to achieve positive outcomes.

Lauren earned her undergraduate degree, with distinction, and her law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina.  While in law school, Lauren served as the Managing Editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal.  A Contract Law enthusiast, Lauren led an academic enrichment group in the subject for first-year law students.  Lauren was also part of the winning team in the Kilpatrick Townsend 1L Mock Trial Competition, an annual mock trial competition for first-year law students at North Carolina law schools.
