Brianna partners with employers to navigate workplace disputes and compliance challenges through a practical, litigation-focused approach. She regularly defends employers in disputes ranging from discrimination and retaliation claims to harassment, leave-related issues, wrongful termination, and employment contract claims. She represents employers before the EEOC and the Texas Workforce Commission, as well as in federal and Texas state courts. Brianna works with clients to assess risk early, develop sound litigation strategies, and pursue efficient resolutions while remaining prepared to defend matters through all stages of litigation.
In addition to litigation, Brianna regularly advises employers on employment policies and handbooks, helping organizations implement practical, defensible policies aligned with business needs and evolving legal requirements. Clients value her clear, proactive guidance that minimizes exposure while supporting operational goals.
Before entering private practice, Brianna served as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, where she gained significant courtroom experience that informs her practical, litigation-focused approach to representing employers.
Brianna graduated summa cum laude from Fisk University and earned her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Terry Jennings, Justice of the First Court of Appeals of Texas.
Brianna is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Outside of her practice, Brianna is actively involved in community service initiatives and values giving back through civic and professional engagement. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Houston Rockets and the Texas Longhorns.
