Yash R. Patel

Yash Patel is an associate attorney in Ogletree’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in all matters related to labor and employment law. Previously, Yash worked as a summer associate for Ogletree and for a national products liability firm in their Silicon Valley office.

Yash earned his Juris Doctor from the UC Davis School of Law. During law school, he served as Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, Staff Editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal, member of Moot Court, and Board Member of the Trial Practice Honors Board. Prior to law school, Yash earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UC Davis, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Yash is from the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys working out, basketball, and listening to music in his free time. He is a member of the South Asian Bar Association.
