Gemma H. Park

Gemma H. Park is an associate in the Los Angeles office. Her practice includes defending against wage and hour class actions, actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.

Gemma received her J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Before joining the firm, she spent two summers as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles Office.

Born and raised in South Korea, Gemma is fluent in Korean.
