SEATTLE – March 11, 2025 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Daniel Crowner to the firm’s Seattle office as a shareholder. Daniel joins the firm from Jackson Lewis.
With a legal career spanning nearly two decades, Daniel brings a wealth of experience in employment law and litigation to the firm. He serves as counsel to a wide range of employers, from small businesses to large corporations, in the defense of complex and high-exposure litigation. Daniel is adept at navigating a myriad of workplace law matters, including disability and reasonable accommodations, unlawful discrimination, family and medical leave, hostile work environment, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and breach of contract.
Daniel has experience representing employers before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC), the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, and the Washington State Employment Security Department. He also handles mediations, alternative dispute resolutions, arbitrations, and workplace investigations.

Daniel volunteers as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Bellevue. He holds a J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Washington.
