Casey L. Helton

Casey Helton represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and proceedings before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins as an Associate in Phoenix, Casey practiced in California, litigating various employment claims, including wrongful termination, retaliation, and actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.

Casey earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she received a CALI Award for the highest grade in Negotiation. Casey graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Political Science.

In her free time, Casey enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
