Maria N. Miller

Maria Miller is an experienced labor and employment attorney and former CHRO who works with employers with union represented workers. She has extensive experience handling collective bargaining, union strategy and workforce change. She advises employers on all aspects of labor relations from responding to union organizing to contract negotiation, grievances, arbitrations and implementing contract changes. She is also known for her work in strengthening workplace culture in unionized environments.
