Ogletree Deakins has a long-standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). It is not only a moral imperative, it is one of our core values and is essential to the growth and success of our firm and the quality of service we provide to our clients. We know that DEI makes us stronger, more thoughtful, and produces better results. We are committed to taking action to promote and advance DEI both within our firm and in the communities where we live and serve.
Meet the individuals supporting Ogletree Deakins' DEI initiatives:
Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee
Chaired by C. Matthew Keen (Managing Shareholder), the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, helps coordinate and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassador is the resident DEI representative in each Ogletree Deakins office. DEI Ambassadors collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC) as well as their office managing shareholders (OMS) and office administrators (OA) to support, identify, and implement local DEI initiatives.
