Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team works to carry out programs and initiatives in and across offices. Organized in committees, an ambassador network, and business resource groups, staff and attorneys work hand in hand with the DEI team to identify opportunities and needs. They are a valuable resource for our firm and our clients.

Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee
Chaired by C. Matthew Keen (Managing Shareholder), the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, helps coordinate and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. They work with the diversity, equity, and inclusion ambassador in each office to identify and support local diversity initiatives.
Business Resource Groups
Our business resource groups, or BRGs, are led by attorneys that are committed to leveraging their affinity to develop professionally and grow their books of business. Our six BRGs run initiatives that support the firm’s recruitment efforts as well as the professional development, retention, and advancement of those that participate. BRGs also serve as informal networking and business development units for the firm.
