Bill to Prohibit Credit History Discrimination Introduced

On February 26, 2009, a bill (A-3804) was introduced to amend the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination to prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of credit history or financial status. The text of the bill was not available at press time. We will report further on the bill next month.
