Workplace Safety Symposium

Please join us for informative seminar that will address managing OSHA liability in today’s challenging enforcement and regulatory environment.   The panels will provide information regarding OSHA’s cutting-edge enforcement techniques, advanced settlement strategies, the practical impacts of recent case law, and dealing effectively with state plans.  The event will feature members of the Ogletree Deakins Workplace Safety and Health Practice Group, in-house counsel, and corporate safety directors from across the country.  On May 6, we will have a dinner featuring guest speaker Dennis A. Davis, Ph.D. – a nationally-known expert on workplace violence. We will close the seminar by breaking into industry-specific groups for benchmarking/networking discussions facilitated by Ogletree Deakins attorneys.
