During this interactive session, we will discuss practical considerations and key strategies for conducting workplace investigations. Using mock scenarios about start-ups and technology companies, our speakers will walk attendees through the various stages of an investigation, including gathering facts, preparing for and conducting interviews, and determining who is telling the truth, to highlight the necessary tools for a thorough and unbiased investigator.
