OSHA Post-Pandemic: Back to the Future

COVID-19 knocked the whole world, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), off its pins. The pandemic distracted OSHA from its planned agenda and usual rulemaking and enforcement activity, including on-site inspections. Now that the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, OSHA is back to business as usual. But what is that likely to look like when it comes to rulemaking and enforcement? This session will bring attendees up to date on what we anticipate as OSHA goes back to the future.
