Employers continue to be vexed by the task of determining whether a COVID-19 case must be reported to the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and be recorded on the OSHA Form 300 log. In addition, OSHA’s shifting guidance on both issues has contributed significantly to the confusion and frustration.
