Join us for OSH Law Primer, a webinar series that provides an overview of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and how they influence workplaces in the United States. This webinar will provide an overview of the process OSHA uses to issue citations, explain the different classifications of citations, and discuss the potential consequences of citations for employers and their businesses, as well as how to contest citations. Future episodes will cover inspections and investigations, criminal enforcement of violations, judicial review of enforcement actions, imminent danger inspections, and preemption.
