Join us for OSH Law Primer, a webinar series that provides an overview of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and how they influence workplaces in the United States. When multiple federal agencies seek to regulate the same subject matter, the concept of preemption dictates which law takes precedence. In the final webinar of this series, the speakers will discuss how preemption applies when federal agencies attempt to regulate the same or similar workplace hazards and examine the conflicts that may arise between state and federal law.
