Law360’s Women in Law report assesses law firms’ efforts and successes in promoting gender equity in the workplace, with a focus on female attorney representation. The ranking uses Law360 Pulse’s pipeline score methodology, which indicates whether firms are keeping pace with the talent pipeline in hiring, promoting, and retaining female attorneys.
